Sojourn Partners adds five experienced associates to its team

Sojourn Partners has announced adding five highly experienced associate partners to its team. These professionals bring additional expertise in coaching, individual and team training, leadership development and change management. This proven and experienced team will help drive the expansion of leadership development and coaching programs across New England.

The new associate partners are Kristi Baxter from Newfields, NH, Polly Goddard from Harwich, MA, Tammy Jordan from Hudson, NH, Sheila Lambert from Bedford, NH and Gregory McHugh from Falmouth, ME.

They also help increase the footprint of Sojourn Partners, enabling us to virtually and physically serve a larger geographic region with our proven programs that help leaders and companies performance,” said Russ Ouellette, president and senior executive coach at Sojourn Partners.

Kristi Baker has over 25 years of experience in the fields of leadership development, talent management, coaching, executive recruiting and brand management. She brings a blend of operational experience and coaching excellence to the client helping improve individual, team and organization effectiveness by developing leadership capabilities from the inside out. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder, an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and did her coach training with Coach U.

Polly Goddard is known for her ability to motivate and inspire individuals and teams through clear communication, high integrity and vision setting. She is also a true expert in developing and managing in-person and virtual teams. She is certified as an ACC Coach with the International Coach Federation as well as a certified coach in Gestalt theory which is a globally renowned methodology for increasing awareness and expanding existing competence as the foundation for achieving one’s own and others’ full potential. She holds an Associate in Science in Outdoor Recreation Management from the University of Maine and a Bachelor of Science. in Recreation Leisure Services Administration from California State University, Fresno.

As an advocate for the co-active coaching model, Tammy Jordan believes that everyone is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole and has been tapping into this empowering model in her work for over 10 years. Trained in organization development, she values a systems approach to leadership development and change management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a concentration in Human Relations and Work from Saint Anselm College and a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University. She has extensive experience in multiple work assessments, is certified in DiSC and specializes in the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) and The Predictive Index.

 

Sheila Lambert brings a unique complementary perspective to leadership coaching utilizing her extensive experience and training in clinical therapy and organizational and personal coaching. She is passionate about helping her clients identify and to remain committed to their leadership values by helping them transition along continuum’s in their leadership development and by empowering them to build confidence in their leadership presence. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Education from Plymouth State University, a Master’s degree in Addiction Counseling from LaSalle University and a Master’s degree in organizational leadership from Southern NH University. She is a Licensed Masters Alcohol and Drug Counselor in NH. She has also received training as a Certified Wellness Ambassador and is a Stress Master Associate of Dr. James Petersen with Stress Master International, Arizona.

Gregory McHugh brings 20 years of large organization consulting and leadership positions in the federal government to the Sojourn team. His clients appreciate his expertise and professionalism, as well as his wide-ranging background, which helps generate new perspectives for creating change, taking action and leading in today’s complex world. He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) with a Bachelor of Science in International Business/Trade/ Commerce from Georgetown University and an MBA in Strategy and Innovation from University of Texas at Austin.
