SOJOURN PARTNERS

Early in his career, Dr. Russ Ouellette was nominated to be chief of staff for a fortune 100 CEO. When he asked why he wasn't selected he was told he did not know how to self promote himself. It seemed that being well regarded and delivering results was not enough for the executive office. This became a defining moment in his life, and ultimately in the lives of others. He recognized that being self-aware and deliberate about one's career took more than hard work. This recognition led him to form his own company in 2001 designed to make people and organizations successful.

Sojourn Partners is a Bedford-based executive leadership strategy and coaching firm that focuses on executive performance, firm strategic planning and organizational intervention. Sojourn transforms leadership into results, and helps people find their professional impact. The company works with leaders and their teams to deepen their leadership experience and support the practice of outstanding company management.

Now celebrating its 10th year, Sojourn Partners has worked with over 200 firms and 300 professionals. Led by Dr. Ouellette, who holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, the company has expanded to include other coaches and consultants. Before starting Sojourn, Dr. Ouellette managed organizational development at Raytheon Company's corporate headquarters, and has held many leadership positions in finance, information technologies, engineering, manufacturing operations and marketing.

In its 10th year, Sojourn Partners looks to continue to innovate and expand its work on "The Future of Everything" which brings together thought leaders from diverse backgrounds to brainstorm and proactively craft a vision of "what can be." What does the future hold for Sojourn Partners? One thing is for certain. The company will continue to use its' expertise and passion to make a difference for individuals and businesses and help them succeed. "Commitment to community is critical to all that we do."
