Great leadership is about transforming relationships.

This virtual series is designed to help leaders step into their positions more powerfully so that they can have greater impact on their teams and feel great about the work they are doing. Each online session introduces communication techniques, tools, provides opportunity for practice and personalized integration into each person’s management style.

Who should attend?

Managers, Directors, Program Managers, Department Heads and Team Leads that have some basic skills to move initiatives forward, but want to grow their leadership presence and their overall impact.

Participants will leave this program with the following:

  • An understanding of the different levels of leadership & a vision for their personal leadership aspirations
  • The ability to have honest conversations in a powerful yet collaborative manner
  • Practical knowledge of how to manage their emotions and understand the emotions of others
  • Tools to help inspire and motivate people on all levels within the organization
  • A continued plan for growth to focus on after the completion of the series

Each session includes:

  • Theme, lesson, collaborative conversation and experiential/practice opportunity
  • Accountability from the previous session’s homework
  • Collaboration amongst participants from multiple organizations

Virtual Programs with Sojourn Partners

Our goal at Sojourn is to create as much of an in-person feel to our virtual sessions as possible. Thus, we fully utilize web cam, two-way communication with participants, small group breakouts and the technology available to fully engage people in the conversation.
