Senior Executive Assistant and Business Coordinator

Sojourn Partners is looking for a full-time Senior Executive Assistant to support our Practice Partners in all administrative matters. You will coordinate, manage, and support our team in mostly business operation matters from scheduling to coordination of outsourced partners and vendors. You will be working closely with our team, keeping all organized and moving projects forward. Your attention to detail, resourcefulness, and the spirit to be entrepreneurial like the rest of us is critically important in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all administrative duties, including scheduling of all client and partner meetings, tracking of projects and internal and client communications.
  • Support Sojourn’s Partners in documentation of proposals, contracts, presentations and associated research.
  • Track, report and lead weekly partner business development meetings.
  • Coordinate external CFO and book keeper regarding payroll, invoicing, reporting and tracking of receivables and payables.
  • Coordinate with external marketing vendors for all marketing activities, support digital messaging, manage quarterly newsletter, presentation material, coordinate events, design landing pages and general website maintenance.
  • Coordinate and manage Sojourn Client and public events
  • Support business development with tracking leads, support of prospect outreach and follow-up, support speaking engagement development and general partner support of the sales function
  • Management of mail, office supplies and Partner material needs

Requirements:

  • Have a passion for coaching, development and client support
  • Desire for balance of life
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication skills (Written, email, In-person and phone)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 360
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Excellent organizational skills and thinking proactively and prioritizing work
