Dr. Russ Ouellette is a recognized expert in high performance coaching, executive leadership, and organizational development. He brings to his clients a vast background of industry and functional diversity, a Doctorate in Management and a certificate in Coaching from the Coaches Training Institute. Currently, Russ manages Sojourn Partners, an executive coaching firm in Bedford New Hampshire. Russ’s consulting centers on executive performance, firm motivation, planning and organizational change.

Heather Ramsey, MA, CPCC, PCC

Managing Partner & Senior Executive Coach

Heather Ramsey is passionate about helping individuals and teams define their leadership path through executive coaching. Her clients move forward fueled, not only by their vision, but with the emotional intelligence to effectively navigate complex situations. Her education and experience is a complimentary mix of business, counseling, and education. She is a Certified Professional Coach through the International Coach Federation with a B.S. in Business Management from Northeastern University and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University. Heather infuses a civic responsibility in her clients, yet augments that with her international background and global approach to organizations.

Trinnie Houghton, JD, CPCC, ORSCC

Senior Executive Coach

Trinnie works with executives and entrepreneurs across a variety of industries in the United States, Europe, and Asia in leadership and organizational development. She brings expertise in communication, relationship management, and employee engagement. Prior to becoming an executive coach, she worked as a civil litigator in Boston, handling a variety of cases at the state and federal level. She graduated with honors from Boston University with a B.A. in Psychology and received her J.D with honors from Suffolk University Law School.

Debra LeClair, Psy.D

Psychologist & Certified Coach

With a strong background in behavior change, leadership development, stress management, and brain science, Dr. Debra LeClair utilizes a multidimensional approach in working with clients to move through obstacles in meeting career and personal aspirations. She also consults and trains in corporations, non-profit agencies, and public schools to implement positive cultural change, improve interpersonal communication and enhance talent retention and management.

Brianne Considine

Director of Operations

Brianne Considine has extensive business management, marketing and event planning experience. At Sojourn Partners, Brianne’s strength is the efficiency with which she delivers leading-edge support to the clients we serve. We’re proud to set the standard for success in our industry. Brianne’s responsibilities at Sojourn Partners include financial management, client services, and operational system monitoring and processing that provides visibility into goals, progress and obstacles for our key initiatives. She has worked as an Operations Manager for a small financial advisory firm and as an Executive Assistant for a globally recognized technology company. Brianne has a degree in Business Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Creative Writing.

Kristi Baker

Associate

Kristi Baker brings a blend of operational experience and coaching excellence to help improve individual, team and organizational effectiveness by developing leadership capabilities from the inside out. She has significant experience in the fields of leadership development, talent management, coaching, executive recruiting and brand management. Kristi has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder, an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and did her coach training with Coach U.

Polly Goddard

Associate

Polly Goddard is known for her ability to motivate and inspire individuals and teams through clear communication, high integrity and vision setting. She is also a true expert in developing and managing in-person and virtual teams. Polly is certified as an ACC Coach with the International Coach Federation as well as a certified coach in Gestalt Theory. She holds an Associates in Science in Outdoor Recreation Management from the University of Maine and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Leisure Services Administration from California State University, Fresno.

Tammy Jordan

Associate

Tammy Jordan believes that everyone is naturally creative, resourceful and whole and has been tapping into this empowering model in her work. Trained in organization development, she values a systems approach to leadership development and change management. Tammy holds a B.S. in Sociology with a concentration in Human Relations and Work from Saint Anselm College and an M.S. in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University. She has extensive experience in multiple work assessments, is certified in DiSC and specializes in the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) and The Predictive Index.

Sheila Lambert

Associate

Sheila Lambert brings a unique complementary perspective to leadership coaching utilizing her extensive experience and training in clinical therapy and organizational and personal coaching. She is passionate about helping her clients identify and to remain committed to their leadership values by helping them transition along continuum’s in their leadership development and by empowering them to build confidence in their leadership presence. Sheila holds a B.S. in Health Education from Plymouth State University, a Master of Science in Addiction Counseling from LaSalle University and a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Southern NH University. She is a Licensed Masters Alcohol and Drug Counselor in NH.

Gregory McHugh

Gregory McHugh brings 20 years of large organization consulting and leadership positions in the federal government to the Sojourn team. His clients appreciate his expertise and professionalism, as well as his wide-ranging background, which helps generate new perspectives for creating change, taking action and leading in today’s complex world. Gregory is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) with a B.S. in International Business/Trade/ Commerce from Georgetown University and an MBA in Strategy and Innovation from University of Texas at Austin.
